Last updated: June 18, 2026
The Ona Judge Coalition is committed to ensuring that whoisonajudge.org is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that telling Ona Judge's story should be possible for all visitors.
Our Commitment
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Take
- Using semantic HTML and descriptive headings for screen-reader navigation.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements.
- Ensuring the Site is responsive and usable across devices and screen sizes.
- Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review the Site and work to address issues as we identify them. Some third-party content or older materials may not yet fully meet our standards, and we are working to improve them.
